Last Minute Donations!

We just received some WONDERFUL donations for the auction that starts tomorrow.  We also know that we'll be receiving even more on Monday (artwork from the children at SCH!!! and cloth diapers from a friend), so we're very excited about the next few days.  Even though the auction begins tomorrow, we'll still be adding donations during the week.  Contact us at schauctions@yahoo.com if you want to participate!

This gorgeous bracelet draws on Proverbs 3, 5-7 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understand.  Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight."

The fine silver plate (99% pure silver, more pure than sterling) has been created and stamped by hand with the partical Proverbs verse. The plate is riveted to a comfortable wide leather strap in dark brown, and two pearlized snap closures offen an adjustable fit.

Handcrafted and donated by Katelynn from SugarPlumKate.

This whimsical Cat in the Hat dinner set is sure to bring some Dr Seuss fun to the table and make even broccoli seem more appealing to young palates! The spoon and fork set have been hand beaded with large funky beads that invoke the whimsy that is Dr. Seuss.  Safe for ages 3 and up. All melamine and dishwasher safe. Hand wash or dishwasher, but dry immediately for many years of use!

Made and donated by Holly from Purpose Driven Dolls.

"You'll shoot your eye out, kid".  Who can forget Santa saying those words when Ralphie asked for an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two Hundred Shot Range Model Air Rifle. If you loved the movie "A Christmas Story", then you'll love this 6 fridge magnet set.  If nothing else, it'll be a constant reminder of what happens when you touch your tongue to a frozen lampost.

Made and donated by a 6 year old former orphan from India who has a passion for helping current orphans in India... and whose parents won't let her watch A Christmas Story until she's much much older.

"We elves try to stick to the four main food groups - candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup."  Aww, who doesn't love the movie Elf?  Or syrup?   Now you can celebrate your love for Buddy with this 8 piece fridge magnet. And every time you reach for candy, you know it's perfectly okay. Because Buddy said so.

Made and donated by a 6 year old former orphan from India who now has a passion for helping current orphans in India.... and whose parents have sat down and watched Elf with her many times.

This sweet garment bag is perfect for storing your little one's dresses! Measuring 24 inches tall and 15 inches wide, this cotton, machine washable, full-length zipped garment bag has a 15"x5" shoe pocket included on the back.

Anonymous Donation

It's so hard to find cute handmade items for little boys. And it's even harder finding something cute to store your son's suits or dress shirts in... until now. A generous anonymous person has donated 3 cowboy themed garment bags to Auctions for a Cause.  Measuring 24" in length and 15" across, this cotton, machine washable, full-length zipped garment bag has a 15" x 5" shoe pocket included on the back.

I think we can all agree that duct tape is about the best invention since sliced bread. There are so many ways that you can use it. Bud did you know that you can also wear it??

Aren't these the cutest things? Made by an 8 year old whose family loves Sarah's Covenant Homes, little miss Sage created and donated this bow and bracelet set specifically for our auction.

Crafted from love with a purpose higher than just making a few dollars, the profit from each Purpose Driven doll will help an orphaned child find a way home.

Each wooden doll is 5 inches doll and was hand painted and finished with a matte sealer.  All dolls were handcrafted and donated by Holly from Purpose Driven Dolls.

Genevieve Doll.

LeiLi is a young lady who is becoming quite sophisticated! She just loves her new bob haircut and has accessorized with a ladybug clip in her hair and a matching purse.

Marisol is a beautiful Latina doll. We just love her beautiful full skirt and skin tone!

Saaman is a hidden beauty. This Middle Eastern mother is holding her bundle of joy tightly!

(Baby can be removed from mother's arms but cannot be removed from swaddling blanket.  Mother DOES have a painted mouth and hair just in case little hands were to unwrap her!)

Shobha is from India and is decorated with gold bracelets, necklace and earrings.  Gold ribbons hand from her hair!
